~ which turns into my making dinner for all of us out of whatever I could scrape together in the kitchen and garden because I had thought we were going out for dinner and wasn't prepared to cook (pasta with olive oil, garlic, chard, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, parmesean, and grilled tofu with herbes de provence...it did the job)
